Design, development and delivery of workforce preparation programmes including coaching for the unemployed.

Design and development of government mandated training programmes including the Responsible Service of Alcohol programme and the Tasmanian Gaming Exclusion Scheme training for the Department of Treasury and Finance.

Development and delivery of nationally accredited training in management, leadership, marketing, change management and human resources.

Development of curriculum for secondary schools as part of a hospitality sector capability development and awareness programme.
